14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Warranty: Grow Wealth LLC stands behind the services provided. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date, you may request a refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@growWealth.coach. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, less a 5.8% transaction fee. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred during the initial purchase (2.9%) and the refund process (2.9%). No further explanations are required. Upon refund, any future scheduled services will be immediately cancelled.

 

Beyond the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, the Coach makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or outcomes of financial coaching. The Client understands that financial coaching is a process that depends on various personal and external factors, and results may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach's liability, beyond the 14-day refund, is limited to the total amount paid for coaching services.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

  • Copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
